FULL TIME – CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
To join our customer service team at our Colchester Offices, working a range of 10 hour shifts between the hours of 7AM to 8PM. We work with over 2,000 companies, moving around 1,000 pallets per day through our depot. This role assists with the smooth running of our services, helping to ensure that our overall customer service is second to none. A highly committed, dedicated and hard working individual is required for this busy and rewarding role. Good telephone, computer and administration skills and experience are essential for anyone considering this role.
Salary range £16,000 – £20,000 per annum according to experience, qualifications and relevant skills.
FULL TIME – HGV/LGV COMMERCIAL VEHICLE MECHANIC/TECHNICIAN
We are looking to recruit a fully qualified mechanic, with a minimum of 5 years main dealer and fleet management experience. The successful candidate will manage our modern fleet of trucks, and trailers from defects, servicing and maintenance, through to MOT tests and ministry inspections. Administration / Computer skills are necessary, and LGV 1 license would also be an advantage.
Working Monday – Thursday night shifts, and a Saturday day shift, 45 hours per week minimum, salary range £30,000 – £36,000 per annum.
FULL TIME – LGV1 NIGHT TRUNK DRIVER
We are recruiting experienced LGV1 night trunk drivers to join our night trunk team. Successful candidates will have a sound knowledge of the pallet network sector, a minimum of 2 years experience, and no more than 3 license penalty points. Driving to Palletways central and regional hubs located in Lichfield and Greenford, departing between 1730-2000 hours each night.
Working Monday – Friday night shifts, 55 – 60 hours per week, salary range £23,000 - £25,000
FULL TIME – LGV1 DAY DRIVERS
We are recruiting experienced LGV1 Day Drivers to join our large distribution team. Successful candidates will have a sound knowledge of the pallet network sector, good local knowledge, a minimum of 2 years experience and no more than 3 license penalty points. Local based distribution with no nights out, working regular shift patterns of 11 hours between the hours of 6am – 9pm.
