Actual Systematic Pallet Delivery case studies

Our customers have very individual needs, diverse requirements, various stock control systems, different product sizes and weights, all requiring just in time delivery, extreme care and high service standards.  We have provided various solutions to various logistical challenges for our customers, offering them long term sustainable growth, additional profit and additional market opportunities, here are some examples….

Systematic Case Study 1

A worldwide distributor of expensive, fragile and diverse ranges of photographic plates, machines, equipment and consumables requires a service that cares and performs.  They require a late collection with delivery the following morning at a specific time.  The products are oversize, un-stackable, vulnerable, and of great importance to ongoing intricate and urgent print processes for their customers.  We have worked closely with our customer for 10 years to provide the perfect solutions to meet all their customer needs.

Delivering food produce and food ingredients to the various supermarket chains is a strict, disciplined and precise process. Two of our customers are the largest UK distributors of rice products to supermarket chains.  They both have to meet rigorous criteria in terms of delivery time, pallet management, freight presentation, product dimensions, freight segregation and much more.  We have been working with our customers for many years delivering rice successfully to all the supermarket chains.

Systematic Case Study 3

A customer supplying office lighting for newly built city offices to the civil engineering sector has to meet and overcome specific criteria for his clients.  These include meeting critical deadlines with penalty clauses, awkward site access, site safety and specific freight presentation.  The freight is extremely delicate, fragile, oversize and is not ideally suitable for multi-handling.  We have worked with our customer for 9 years, ensuring that all their supply criteria is fully met, improving packaging techniques, product safety and improving International transit times.

Systematic Case Study 4

Live bees and beneficial insects are a good example of just in time processes. Our customer requires that the bees are settled and able to feed off the land within a very small time frame.  The bees are asleep while being transported, but the sleeping process is for a limited period, therefore on time delivery is crucial to the overall process. This requires precise care and planning to ensure that the bees survive and arrive on time to their destination.  Due to our unique services, our customer has been able to expand their market area and help pollination in the UK.

Systematic Case Study 5

Every year the Calendar Club and Puzzle Club require 400 retail shops set up for Christmas, then taken down and returned after each New Year, including all stock and shelving.  Most of these shops have poor access as they are in pedestrian only zones in town centres and night delivery is crucial to their schedules.  They must open for business the next morning with the retail shop fully set up, and ready for customers.  For the last 5 years we have helped the Calendar Club to achieve all their requirements throughout East Anglia.

Systematic Case Study 6

We also deliver to various West Mersea oyster growers, collecting live oysters in the far North of Scotland that need to transfer to the famous Colchester Oyster Farms. Oysters can only remain out of the water for about 12 hours before they can become compromised. Therefore it is paramount that time lines are met, since 1994 we have never failed to deliver the oysters in time.

Systematic Case Study 7

Many of our customers import products from all over the world for resale on internet shopping sites. One of our customers imports high volumes of fire places from China for re-distribution.  They are heavy, fragile, difficult to manually handle and must be delivered direct to private homes at specific times.  All of our vehicles are equipped with tail-lift facilities, pump trucks, trolleys, our drivers are very helpful, and we have 7 different size category vehicles, so delivery access is never an issue.  Home delivery is a big part of our service, and every day we deliver a vast range of products to over 100 homes.

If you would like to verify any of the above or discuss our service direct with any of our customers, we can provide full contact information. Or you can find out more about how we can help you by clicking on services. We deliver thousands of different types of products every week, so please contact us or request a quote.  We would welcome the opportunity to discuss your requirements further, and would appreciate the opportunity to introduce our company to you.
